I honestly don't know what to make of this. I called the company yesterday . I couldnt reach anyone. I left a message urging them to repurchase shares at $6. I told them I couldnt think of a better use of shareholder funds. I asked to get back with me about how much they repurchased if any. Now it would seem to me to be a conflict of interest when members of the board are buying shares privately prior to the company purchasing or not purchasing shares. If the company isn't buying shares despite the authorization and members of the board of directors are, I think thats a big problem. I called the company again and relayed my concerns. I was told the investor relations guy was pretty busy but that he would call me back tomorrow.
Also, there is no doubt in my mind that professional shorts are very active in RAS and they have taken over the Yahoo message board. It reminds a little of the goings on with Fairfax.
