You motivated me to stop what I'm doing and I just took my BP. I'm currently 135/87 with pulse at 68. I take a diazide (have for over 35 years) plus a lisinopril each morning. I have also taken 50 mg of CoQ10 each morning and have been for years. I recently read where I might need to boost that to 100mg. A few months ago I went to give blood and failed to take those two meds beforehand. My BP was sky high and they wouldn't let me donate. About a month ago I was able to donate with readings about what they are today. For me, historically, today's reading is real good. I'm rarely much lower than that.
