remember flo the class action lawsuit announced by Milberg Weiss May 11, 2004 that was already filed April 28, 2004 against Matrixx Initiatives? do you suppose the govt will probe into that case while prosecuting an alleged kickback scheme? funny thing, no mention of that pr on Milbergs website though, imagine that! why did they remove the press release from thier site? Milberg Weiss Bershad & Schulman LLP: Announces the Filing of a Class Action Suit on Behalf of Purchasers of the Securities of Matrixx Initiatives Inc. investors.com according to the hyperlink within the above link the press release was May 11, 2004 but originally filed April 28, 2004. hmmm,... securities.stanford.edu
