They burned about 500 million in Q2, that should go down significantly in Q3. If they can sell 18-20 million K8s at $60 apiece and a million Barcelonas at $300 apiece in Q4, they should comfortably return to cash flow neutrality by the end of Q4, provided that the ATI side of things do not go disastrously. And that's using SG&A, R&D and Capex numbers similar to those in Q2. They should be able to take out big chunks from all three, especially from Capex and R&D.

With a mediocre Q4 performance from ATI they should be able to attain positive cash flow in Q4 with the given CPU sales figures.
