You all need to be warned that you should NEVER stop taking your BP medicine without being monitored by a DR. IT can be dangerous to quit "cold turkey". You could end up killing someone with your advice. I don't mean to be nasty Suma................but this medical advice is getting out of hand and someone could get hurt. Always..............get the advice or approval of an MD before you change any medication they prescribed for you.
