Brent Baker was not the only enforcement attorney in the history of the SEC, Stachnik became the IG shortly after the position was created in 1989 and has had it ever since. His name was not listed with the other Directors in the SEC on the SEC Website along with the General counsel, Director of enforcement, Director of Market reg...etc...the way Stachnik was.
