Rates are too low is what he is saying. Historically he is correct. Too much risk to the US dollar. Mkt needs to continue it's correction it seems. Fed not going to bail people out. Long term this is the responsible thing to do for the future. I belive that the Fed wil be raising rates sooner then they cut again, unless of course a recession comes to fruition, then a cut would happen.
