One more thing about the PCOM deal that I forgot in my previous post. I went over to ACX's home page at acxt.com, and looked for some info. It is a very informative site, and tells you how to contact them if anyone wants to. I wanted some financial data on the company, and I found their 2Q earnings report and looked for mention of Golden Tech's. It can be found at acxt.com:80/2qpres96.htm#1, and it seems that Golden Tech is researching and developing new technologies. Like the "thin film" Tom LaVoy mentioned in the phone call I talked about in the previous post. Though Golden Tech was losing money, it seems like ACX was not worried b/c other subsidiaries were doing well. The capital is indeed there. If there is lots of R&D going on in Golden Tech, PCOM will most likely benefit from its big shareholder and not need to spend large amounts on R&D on its own. Makes sense right? Just thought I'd share that last bit. geoff
