Pat when did I advise and in what post that anyone stop taking any prescribed medication. All I did that I am aware was share
that I decided to give up all my prescription medications as I thought they might be aiding and abetting in my intestinal
problems. I did do this under the supervision of my Doctor who was not happy with my decision but asked me to be tested
again in 3 months ( which I have just done) and also said to monitor my BP at the Wellness Ctr. the 3 X a week that I am there.

I did this also and got incorrect readings as the arm band was either loose( I am thin ) of the piece of equipment that blows up the pressure leaked. As a result I called in distorted reading to my Dr. I thought that I was doing great until the Dr. at the dermetology clinic read my pressure last week and it was 169/140.. I called my Dr. that night and got a new prescription for BP which I only got this morning.

So please tell me where I advised anyone to stop BP meds.
This is a site where I intended we SHARE our own experiences and not advise one another as to how to run their lives.

This, in my conception is what I have done. I have however asked other's what herbal remedies they took to control BP.as I considered doing this. That is all.
