Justice in the U.S. can move very slowly. The DOD is still prosecuting Enron related cases. For some reason, the option "scandal" has not resonated with the American people. Probably because the issues are relatively arcane and there was no poster boy like Ken Lay. The bottom line is that there were some managers that when faced with the option of screwing over their shareholders legally (by making the proper disclosures) or illegally, they chose the illegal route. They deserve their day in court.
