Book update: People have been asking about the progress of our book, and I'm happy to say that the manuscript is finally in production at McGraw-Hill (the delay was my fault, not theirs). Titled "Trend Trading for a Living", the text outlines 10 trend trading setups along with detailed discussion of stock options, trading psychology and position management. I've posted an excerpt from the introduction on our website if anyone is interested. It outlines how I got started trading, and also narrates the history of this thread on SI.
