I'm guessing my figure of 60 good die per wafer was a lot closer than parasa's figure of >300. That said, it probably is slightly better than 60 when you take cache redundancy into account. Of course, you can't assume the cache is immune to defects... just those which occur in blocks that can be spared with redundant cells. Does that change my conclusion...? Probably not.
