Sure is. It is as if it is being walked down.

Now I notice small trades moving it back up.

Look at this release, this explains the sudden movement.

biz.yahoo.com

''In Q3, a number of orders were unexpectedly delayed,'' said Roy E. Jewell, TMA president and chief executive officer. ''Primarily involved were sales through our Japanese distributor, Innotech,
which is partially owned by Cadence Design Systems, and several orders in the U.S., including one large expected order. In Q3, we announced our agreement to merge with Avant! Corporation, and believe that most of these orders will be booked after our customers understand Avant!'s continuing commitment to the TCAD market.''

Gerald Hsu, president and chief executive officer of Avant! Corporation added, ''We are not disturbed by TMA's third quarter operating results. We see the third quarter shortfall as an
aberration. We are working hard to finalize the merger with TMA, as they are the leader in developing and selling TCAD products which is strategic to our overall plan. One anomalous quarter will not change that.''

Is AVNT also experiencing the same problems?
