Diebold has been being criticized by the liberal element since Diebold started working with voting machines. What you are citing is a possibility with any computer system and any computerized voter system as well as the older voting machines that were set manually before being delivered to the polling places. My surmise on this is that those criticizing Diebold have a firm or group that they want to take over the provision of voting machines and systems. Already the crap has started, setting the stage for saying the next elections were stolen by either the Democrats or Republicans or maybe even the Independents. No body is stealing Iowa ------a bunch of crap. mj
