First note this re the pipe bombs....and second, how many of us travel around with pipe bombs in the trunk of the car...? Especially near any military site????? The article said: Two men found with several pipe bombs* in their car near a Navy base were charged Monday with possession of an explosive device, authorities said.* "Bombs" is plural.......and "an" indicates one.... maybe they meant the "explosive device" was the car..... Also, how long have these guys been "students".....??? What are their majors? And 24 years old, still a student????
