... but it has always been the case that the rest of the world underestimates the will and capacity of Americans to get something done when the entire population is actively and forcefully behind the endeavor. That thought has crossed my mind more than once even with the sorry state of so many things in the US... and the article also had me thinking about that Donald Trump quote when he owes billions. No guarantees about the future... other than they'll be "interesting" times. And this applies too:
