To all CTI techno-heads: DLGC recently announced plans to integrate their DM3 CTI products with Excel's programmable swiching platform. This is a long term positive for DLGC as high density products carry high margins. Also, this will enable faster times to market for enhanced services applications developers. Excel's switching platform is used by Boston Technology and Brite Voice Systems to name a few.

The stock has been strong recently due to networld inter-op product visibility in Atlanta as well as a VoIP conference hosted by Dataquest there tomorrow.

I am reiterating my $52 9 month target or 30X cal 1998 eps of $1.75. Look for $.35 in q3 97 and $.45 in q4 97. I will do an extensive EPS review following the next release date. Remember, the new CFO is attacking the line items throughout the model and instilling discipline at a time when DLGC's revenue is on a seasonal uptick.

Finally, can any engineers speak to the benefits of the DLGC and Excel joint venture? Your help is appreciated in advance :-)

Happy Investing,

Jay
