On the Vitamins, herbs and supplements... I forget the exact name there is more of this... A lot of those who are advising are actually trying to help. I appreciate and hope that we are all adults and able to make decisions for ourselves as to how we care to utilize the information.

On the thread that I moderate I prefer our personal sharing of our experiences... That's all.
