ARRS does not have to chase 10 gbit network technology for some time to come, with analog/digital data compression media storage solutions, QAM and multiplexers(tdma, wcdma, and cdma) doing reduced bandwidth efficiencies. It still however, has to go thru restructuring process by email group security setup(organization chart). Reduced headcount will enable more productivity; and break set patterns to expand into more set-top box R&D for EMTA customer targeting, with 802.xxx specifications for hospitality customers? ARRS will find hotels and casinos have multi million dollar budget each for interactive cable type media hospitality programs(room service and concierge by video phones). ARRS has to recruit experienced hospitality sale personnel for their EMTA divisions? Then, EMTA will be ready for high rise condos?
