Bad news? There is no new bad news that hasn't already been disclosed. Bertini's resignation is in my opinion a non-event. The financial info had already been disclosed. What's left? Chandler's massive buying, his record as a value investor, the 25% top line growth for years to come, the technology leadership, etc., all bode very well for SONS. I am not selling. If anything, this is a wonderful buying opportunity. Watch for SONS to rebound a lot today. Although I have all the SONS I want, the Chandler investment says it all to me. It is the equivalent of Gregg Powers buying Q in 1997.
