I reduced my exposure to RAS. basically selling all the shares i bought sub $10. From speaking to the investor relations guy i can only conclude that the repurchase authorization is for show only. thus the long term share price will be a function of company survival, and the restoring of liquidity for the company's basic business, so the the company's primary concern is cash conservation. Perhaps in 3 years the stock will be in the 20s again, but perhaps not . in the meantime i have enough exposure with my remaining shares.
