To me the point with Primary is that management have a control block and have decided to vote it in favour of a 55 mil dollar market cap for their company. I find it hard to imagine that anyone would bother becoming an operational miner in order to achieve a market valuation of 55 mil dollars.

I may be missing some difficulties they face in order to grow PMI
but it is hard to imagine the management are doing anything more than taking the money and running ,simply because they must have very cheap paper and a lot of it.

I did not own the stock, used to own RNG years ago.
