CSCO set the stage and is bringing ARRS with it.

In that video, the analyst Ader of TWP is pretty good.
Having him on ARRS's side is a very good sign.
His entry in Briefings hasn't been updated in years.

Enough for me to buy shares is this afternoon's drop.
