Just got off the phone with Susan Stillings. She said that they continue to have component supply problems. When I complained that what she called "market action" is killing me, she said that earnings would be released on the 16th. She said she couldn't comment on when the laptop Zip would ship, nor ZipPlus for that matter. I asked whether zip supply problems were limited to ATAPI Zips and she didn't know, but that she thought it was across the board. Sent an email to James Cramer of theStreet.com I asked him to do a column on Iomega. I explained that when IOM was at 17 when theStreet's coverage of the stock had always been negative. The stock price is now in the mid 20's. His response was that he was long on IOM! Philip
