I didn't say ARRS and CSCO were partners. I mean that CSCO comments about overall strength of the world markets and their need for equipment brings ARRS along for the ride as a vendor in the same space. Jasen Ader of TWP said ARRS is taking market share. From where I don't know. HLIT did well with their earnings and talked up the future well. BBND didn't do that well. Cellphones are killing MOT and they should spin that off.
