Yes, I understood you post... we disagree on two things... price we received, and presumably management "mismanagement". I agree that you and I disagree on the outcome of our investment, no biggie.

I think we also disagree on management and price of buyout. 1.) The price is the largest premium to recent sales we've seen in the metals buyouts that I know of...
2.) it also seems to have been announced quietly without the normal runup and rip off of public before the announcement.
3.) The management owns a huge chunck of stock that they think they are getting a good price for. Sure they got it cheap, but no one sells an investment (especially 'the' investment of a lifetime probably) for a price they think sucks. Selling a $6 stock for 3.80 is stupid regardless of where one bought the stocks... 1c or 100 dollars.

Of course I could be wrong... maybe they are dolts... BUT, one can't blame them for selling shareholders down the river... cause thats THEM!
