Yes Tango, just one comment. Americast is some of the telcos.

The deal is for cable related set-top boxes. But Americast has GTE, Bell South, SBC, Ameritech and Disney. So, the telcos are right in there. The rumors about this were out on the street for weeks now.

So telcos want to play all solutions. We knew this would happen and now we have it. The only thing is to see if anything as substantial will develop for ADSL anytime soon.
