When you know your life depends on your accuracy you tend to strive for just that combined with speed...the quick & the dead...it becomes an automatic reflex. Accidents happen and always have in every war--those who are obsessed with accusing other soldiers are actually revealing more about themselves than anyone else...perhaps they feel guilty that their peers have volunteered to place their lives on the line for them & their family, therefore they need to find a major flaw in the soldiers' characters in order to control their own feelings of guilt.
