Harvey, I don't have the report, I saw a very brief summary on one of the newswires. The target is $67 CDN not US, I believe, unfortunately. Apparently it was put out by Morgan Stanley Dean Witter out of NY. If anyone else is a Morgan client, I'm not, perhaps they could post it? The stock has reached Cdn$59.50 today. Sorry Garth, I should have been more specific given Morgan is a US dealer. Anyone else know any more? By the way, I believe Mexico City was experiencing smog troubles similar to Paris around the same time and may have instituted traffic controls as well, I will see if I can find that story, I think I saw it on the Calstart Newsnotes.
