My point is tat their arrest near a military base could be just a coincidence. They might be real terrorists on their way to test ordnance at the beach, who were picked up on a highway going past the base. Or they might just be MacGyver wannabes with homemade Roman candles, busted by bored local cops with nothing much to do. We need to see how the evidence shakes out.
