The broker cited a number of new factors that surfaced during the second-quarter earnings call to justify its move. Specifically, it said management credibility is shaken and pricing and seasonality suggest a maturity level in the content-delivery-network (CDN)market that was not evident a quarter ago. Goldman said that as a consequence the stock is likely to stay in the penalty box for the next couple of quarters
