Anyone listen to the Trump interview on CNBC a moment ago? It was really funny. Trump was saying rates had to be lowered because his powerful friends couldn't get loans. Uh, isn't that a liquidity issue, handled by liquidity injections? He also said go back to your bank and renegotiate your loan if you are foreclosed. You will often get a better deal than you had before? Really? I had a 2% teaser rate and the bank will give me a better deal? Very entertaining.
