Sometimes it feels like you're flying blind, but we're quite capable of learning everything we need. Health anomalies are so interwoven because of chemistry feedback loops. I found it challenging just to get 'back' to a base line so I could re-assess what is actually happening to me and my wife.

Its interesting that we found ourselves looking at the 'organic' approach. Things started changing for the better once we started phasing into an organic diet. Next I have to achieve a whole house water filter.

Kevin Trudeau's books will scare the peewaddin out of you if you've not considered what all the chemical additives to food and shampoos etc do to us. It seems the FDA and big Pharm, and insurance companies are in together on a fleecing of huge magnitude, and we're just ATM cards for the pickins. Its an extreme outlook on my part, but I had no idea of the magnitude that they were connected. I still find it difficult to wrap my head around what I've managed to put together.

At least going organic is an 'Active' approach which truly does have effect on the baseline, but is passive as far as doing any harm. It does seem that in the last ten years health issues across the board have gotten worse. Weight autism etc.

I completely agree with you about finding our own 'medicine'. It is a courageous step to take. I also agree with previously posted information that just stopping the meds is a dangerous thing to do. Quite a quandary.
