The unwinding will be slow and long.....expecting 14 months in total.

To the effect, many will not relize that stocks are slowly but surely going into the toilet.

Again, so as not to cause a panic.

After this 14 month unwinding we will have another 4 year bull cycle (2008 into 2011), this cycle will pull in all the small mom and pop sideline money (thinking they are missing the next big run). Once they are fully loaded up - the final chapter in this credit bubble will unwind (2011 into 2013). And the lows will amaze many.

This junkie will die a slow and painful death.

And I believe we will not see higher than that 14022 print for decades to come. Sound a little like Japan, you bet - it is called deflation and the end of the biggest credit orgy in history.

The entire system will collapse in 2032 (Armstrong 607 year cycle prediction), but that is too far out for me to worry about. Just be sure your kids are primed for it.

**the 14 month prediction is based off a 20 to 22% correction, if we have a crash greater than that it changes the cycle.
