Brumar, I don't remember reading where ANY eyewitness was POSITIVE it was an accidental shooting. How could he be unless he was the shooter? What I read was that the guy next to Tillman had his head down and was praying, but he still saw that the shooters were close enough to almost recognize. I think that guy said that Tillman fired up a flare to indicate they were friendlies and then stood up and waved his hand while yelling, "I'm Pat fu#$kin' Tillman", or something along those lines. Then Tillman took 3 in the forehead. I guess if it had been YOUR kid instead of Tillman you'd just say, "Accidents happen, so why should I care." Is that how you would have reacted to YOUR kid being killed under the same murky circumstances?
