To John:

With all due respect for your low opinion of my opinions, I do need to point out that investors are waiting in the wings all over the country to grab some cheap real estate. So trying to convince all of these career-type investors that they will never make a dime on their purchases might take a lifetime.

I already mentioned a solicitation I received in the mail from a group of investors who want to buy homes in my neighborhood. I also mentioned today the author of "Rich Dad, Poor Dad", who says he's buying apartment buildings in Vegas.

You've also seen remarks on this thread from folks who eventually want to buy. There will always be people who want and need to buy--in the worst of times and best of times.
