'I figure the bottom in a lot of markets will have most people swearing they never want to invest in RE again. ' I sure hope it got a lot closer with the credit tightening this week.. You would think headlines of the worst RE market since the depression in our state would start to get more folks scared. Lots of people still seemed to at least have access to capital lately that they have not problem placing.. Still feels more like early 1990 to you too? I need 1991-94 mentality by the masses with pessimism and total disinterest in RE<g>
