Bush was in WH 8MOS, Clinton 8YEARS. Only narrow-minded Democrat partisans argue that Osama was not a threat for Clinton's 8yrs. Any unbiased, sensible person realizes the 1st attack on the WTC, destruction of US embassies in Africa, bold attack on the USS Cole killing many sailors, were Osama's handiwork. In fact Clinton refused to take OBL into custody when the opportunity was offered to him. He stated afterwards that he knew Osama was responsible for the attacks, but he worried there might not be enough evidence to please his close friends in the UN. That's a crucial difference between Repubs and Dems--the first will(and have) always protect US citizens without asking for international permission; Democrats don't want to offend anyone, so they're willing to risk American lives in order to win international approval.
