Steve, it would appear that Sarman has made factual statements....that said ,the aftertax profits from stock options are going to charity.......leaving cheney sizable deductions for charitable gifts and the un quantifiable,but undeniable, beneifits of being an important benifactor to various charitable institutions. washingtonpost.com
