Yeah, if memory serves me correctly the puts I bought a few weeks back were the first since a brief adventure on the dark side back in June 2004, and even then it was just for a trade. It was the buy and holders like Henri who did phenomenally well through the bull though. He made way more coin than I did. I nailed RIMM at $12 in 2003 and rode it all the way to.....$20! Thought I was a genius....ughh I was an idiot! My mom still hasn't forgiven me (put her in it as well).

Flipping to the short side is easy for me Kate, I'm a trader and don't care about any of the FA bullchit. Markets start to tank long before earnings do and they start to rise before the alleged FA warrants it. I admittedly still have bearish tendencies but I've worked hard over the years to never let it impact my trading.
