No I did not mean that. The SPY position is analogous to a cash position, and I acknowledge that it is really too high. However, in its own right SPY is a diversified index fund. I therefore tell myself it is the SECTOR (LargeCAP US) that has become too large in my PF. I am looking forward to reducing the PF size of this sector, but first other sectors of the PF must underperform !

Note the clarification. If cash were the benchmark, an ultimate target of +50% would be too low, for cash volatilities are higher.
