The question remains is whether he is truly "taking the fall" for company people who withheld information from him, or whether he is, in fact, the culprit who made the decision to withhold the information. The resignation tends to make one believe it was the latter. Frankly, it is my hope that this is the case because the company must move forward with its current leadership and I would like to believe it is on the same high moral level that was in place when Irwin was CEO.
