With the expansion of the US Treasury's FinCen, and the access to all the SWIFT banking transaction as part of the "war of terror", I would expect many politician who were not very careful about moving money have been noted by various US and other intelligence agencies. Probably the first effect will be continuing budget increases for those agencies... Tax free bribery should be much riskier. Of course, one could always speculate on cattle futures.
