I haven't seen it on any AMD slide yet. However, AMD must have something in development, otherwise they wouldn't have licensed the 2nd generation Z-RAM in december last year.

If it works, it would greatly enhance AMD's competitive position, since it's something Intel can't do with their bulk process. I highly doubt that we will see a 65 nm AMD chip with Z-RAM, maybe the 45nm barcelona will have it and what we see on the roadmaps is just plan B.
