I know I'm coming in here late, without reading any replies to your post, but I'll volunteer. (Being the contrarian on some of these topics seems to be my job--tough job, but someone has to do it. <<GG>>}

The foreclosure environment might NOT result in a bunch of price drops BECAUSE..........the foreclosure environment (and the subprime environment in general) is a very small percentage of the entire U.S. homeownership picture.

I'm not going to foreclosure. Probably no one on this thread is threatened with foreclosure. Are your neighbors threatened with foreclosure? Are YOU threatened with foreclosure?????

Ahem....contrarian case closed. <<<<GGGGGGGG>>>>>
