You haven't been. YOU'RE the type we needed a lot more of during the nutball housing craze that's ending now. The Fed thinks they will stop the crash by pumping in $$$$. They're going to find out different. They can make more $s available to banks to lend to borrowers- -but they can't make the banks make the loans. And the banks FINALLY seem to have realized they shouldn't make loans that won't be repaid.
