Sorry, still trying to understand why having an Arabic name, or a muslim father makes a person a muslim. Don't we get to choose our religions? For Christians the sacrament of baptism is a critical step in the journey. I am still missing your point on how no matter what Obama says or does...he is a muslim. (If that is not your point, I apologize because I am still not getting it). yes, his name is of Arabic derivation. What does that mean to you? Is Rudy a member of the mafia because his name is Italian and some Italians are members of the mafia. If Rudy was a protestant, does the fact he has a name USUALLY associated with people who are Catholics mean something? Is it that having an arabic name is bad? Lot of NBA players with Arabic names (Khalil, Yousef, etc.). So? I'm still missing something here unless your point is strictly that Obama was given a name derived from Arabic. I dont' deny that. I just don't know what it means to you.
