I am familiar with relative strength, but not sure what you want to know. Are you talking which one has the lowest or highest RSI, or one which RSI is closest to the RSI of the SOX. Normally when the RSI is high the overall technicals are also on the high side which normally indicates that it may be approaching the overbought region for the short-term. For the mid-term analysis it is often a hint that it will go further up.

Sorry to commplicate things. Right now the leaders in RSI in the SOX are TXN, AMAT, VLSI. I really hope I answered the right question.
