Dave I feel you are probably right on just letting a mutual fund or etc. in at a good price because the bid and ask stayed the same. This
strong buying will help drive the price up and with good news possible
the sky is the limit on price.
Current 2 3/8 up 1/8 bid 2 11/32 ask 2 3/8 volume 609,200

Maybe we can close at 2 1/2!!!!!
