Evans Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EVSY) has signed BMA Partners, LLC, d/b/a Billboard Music Academy, to a management and financial consulting agreement to assist BMA management in its funding-raising and other administrative services. The Company announced this development at the FSX Conference in Washington, D.C. as part of its "three-tier" approach to creating revenue for the company moving forward.

BMA Partners, operating under a long term license agreement with Billboard Magazine, is developing a revolutionary music education program supported by a unique social networking community. BMA Partners plans to launch the Billboard Music Academy in early 2008.

"Billboard is the leading brand in the music industry," commented Frank Moody, President of Evans Systems. "BMA Partners has created a wonderful concept for an Internet community that anyone interested in music will embrace. We look forward to working with BMA management on this exciting new venture."
